Hart Farms and Co. is a small, family-run lavender farm in Elk Grove, California. We grow lavender on site in an open field, managing every step from planting to harvest. Our farm is built on a hands-on, small-scale approach. Everything is grown outdoors in real seasonal conditions and tended by hand, without heavy sprays or industrial farming methods. Across approximately 1,800 lavender plants, we grow two main types of lavender: English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and lavandin (Lavandula x intermedia).

Our English varieties include Folgate, Royal Velvet, Munstead, and Hidcote. Our lavandin varieties include Grosso, Super, Phenomenal, Riverina Thomas, and Bridget Chloe. We serve a mix of customers and collaborators, including visitors coming to experience the fields, photographers, and people using the farm as a backdrop, and wholesale partners such as florists, makers, and culinary businesses who source lavender for their work.

Our offerings include fresh lavender bundles, essential oils, and seasonal farm products, along with limited on-farm experiences and wholesale availability during peak harvest seasons. Hart Farms & Co. exists to grow lavender with intention and share it in ways that stay connected to the land it comes from.
