Hart Farms & Co. began on our property in Elk Grove, CA, with a small planting of lavender and a desire to learn. What started as rows in the ground has slowly become a working lavender farm shaped by seasons and hands-on family care.

We grow everything outside in real conditions — no heavy sprays or industrial practices. We pay attention to the land and let the plants grow at their own pace.
